Full Terms & Conditions
VP Life is a multilingual member-discount platform operated by Valiya Services Limited Qatar, connecting members with verified suppliers ("Pros") across multiple service categories. The platform issues unique VPD member codes that allow members to access supplier-set member prices.
VP Life acts as an introducer and code-issuer; the actual service is provided by the supplier. Members and Pros enter into a direct service relationship at the point of transaction. VP Life facilitates discovery, verification, code issuance, payment-stage tracking, and dispute escalation.
Membership is free to register. Premium tiers — Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual — unlock member-only prices, AI Concierge, and richer wallet features. Premium amounts and currency are set per region by the local franchise with VP Life admin approval.
Premium subscriptions are activated by VP Life admin on confirmation of payment. The tier structure is fixed (Monthly / Quarterly / Annual); only the amounts vary per franchise. Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout and may include international cards, digital wallets (PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay), and supported regional bank transfers.
All Pros undergo verification: trade licence, KYC, business location, and at least two references. Pros agree to honour the member discount they themselves set.
Pros may set or change their member discount % daily or weekly. Each change is digitally signed by the Pro, logged with timestamp, and notified to the local franchise and to VP Life admin. Pros remain solely responsible for the quality, safety, and legality of the services they deliver.
Every booking generates a unique VPD member code in the format VPD-CATEGORY-XXXXXX, valid only for that specific transaction or stage. Codes are not transferable.
Bookings may be billed in multiple stages (advance / mid / final). Each stage generates its own VPD code on its billing date, and the discount applied is the Pro's active member discount on that date — not the booking-creation date. Wallet, booking detail, and supplier ledger track each stage separately.
VP Life collects only the data needed to operate the service: name, mobile, email, location, language preference, and transaction history. Member identity is not shared with Pros until the member chooses to book.
AI Concierge requests are processed in your active session and used only to match you with suppliers; they are not used to retrain external models. Members may request data export or deletion at any time by contacting hello@vplifeapp.com. Full Privacy Policy available on the website.
Membership: Monthly tier is non-refundable for the active month. Quarterly and Annual tiers are pro-rata refundable within the first 14 days of the term, less any verified Concierge usage.
Bookings: Refunds are at the discretion of the Pro and follow each Pro's published cancellation policy. VP Life will mediate disputes and, where a Pro is found at fault, may apply commission credits or remove the Pro from the platform.
Members and Pros must not: misuse VPD codes, attempt to circumvent the platform to avoid commission ("anti-circumvention"), submit false reviews, harass other users, or list/request services that are illegal under Qatar law or applicable local law of the franchise territory.
Violations may result in warning, suspension, or permanent removal from the platform, with no refund of unused Premium subscription value.
The VP Life name, slogan ("Caring for All Living Things"), logo, trade dress, software, and all platform content are the exclusive intellectual property of VP Life and its operating entity. Use of any VP Life mark requires written permission.
User-generated content (reviews, photos, descriptions) remains owned by the user, with VP Life granted a royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, distribute, and translate it for the operation of the platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with VP Life shall first be addressed by good-faith negotiation, then mediation through VP Life's internal dispute desk.
Unresolved disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the rules of the Qatar International Centre for Conciliation and Arbitration (QICDRC), conducted in English, seated in Doha. The decision shall be final and binding.
VP Life may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to members and Pros via email and in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect.
Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you may cancel your membership and request a pro-rata refund where applicable.

Full Privacy Policy
Account data: name, mobile number, email, language preference, country of residence, date of birth (where required by local law).
Usage data: bookings made, VPD codes generated, wallet balance and history, supplier ratings you submit, AI Concierge prompts during your active session.
Device data: device type, operating system, app version, approximate location (city level only, never precise GPS without your explicit permission for a specific feature).
Cookies: see our Cookie Policy (banner at first visit) for the full list. We use only essential and aggregated analytics cookies — no third-party advertising trackers.
To operate the platform: match you with verified Pros, generate VPD codes, calculate wallet savings, send transaction notifications, route disputes.
To meet legal obligations: tax records, KYC for high-value transactions, sanctions screening as required by financial regulations in your jurisdiction.
To improve the service: aggregated, anonymised usage data — never linked back to individuals.
We do NOT use your data: for behavioural advertising, for selling to third parties, for training external AI models, for any purpose you have not explicitly consented to.
VP Life staff: only the minimum personnel needed to operate the service, under strict confidentiality and access controls.
Pros / Suppliers: see only your name, contact for the booking, and service details — and only after you choose to book. They never see your wallet, browsing history, or other bookings.
Franchise partners: see aggregated transaction summaries for their territory only. No individual member identification beyond what's needed for dispute resolution.
Service providers: payment processors, email/SMS delivery, cloud hosting (Supabase, Bahrain region) — bound by data processing agreements equivalent to GDPR Article 28.
Authorities: only in response to valid legal orders from a competent court, and where law permits we will notify you first.
Active accounts: for as long as you keep the account, plus 12 months after closure for fraud-prevention and legal-claim windows.
Transaction records: 7 years from the transaction date, as required by tax and anti-money-laundering law in most jurisdictions.
AI Concierge prompts: deleted at the end of your session unless you save the conversation. Aggregated, anonymised metrics retained for 90 days.
Cookies: session cookies expire when you close the browser. Persistent cookies expire within 12 months.
You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you, correct any inaccuracies, delete your account and associated data, export your data in a portable format (JSON / CSV), restrict certain processing, and object to specific uses.
To exercise any right, write to hello@vplifeapp.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We respond within 30 days, free of charge for the first request per year.
If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you may complain to your local data-protection authority. We list the main ones in our help centre by country.
VP Life is a global service. Your data may be processed in countries outside your country of residence — primarily our Supabase database (Bahrain region) and our analytics processors (EU and US).
Where we transfer data internationally, we use safeguards equivalent to GDPR Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and verify that the receiving country offers equivalent legal protection. For users in jurisdictions with strict localisation rules (e.g. Russia, China, Vietnam) we maintain regional data stores where required.
VP Life is intended for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has registered, please write to hello@vplifeapp.com and we will delete the account and associated data within 7 days.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes — anything that expands what we collect or how we share it — will be notified to you by email and in-app at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
Minor clarifications and editorial improvements may be made without notice; the "Last updated" date at the top of this section reflects the most recent revision.

Refund Policy.
Two things you might want a refund on: your VP Life membership, or a booking made with a Pro. Each works a little differently — here's how, in plain language.
14-day cooling-off
Quarterly and Annual memberships are pro-rata refundable within the first 14 days, less any verified Concierge usage.
Booking refunds
Each Pro publishes their own cancellation policy on their listing. We mediate disputes and stand on the member's side when a Pro is at fault.
Refund timing
Approved refunds reach your original payment method within 7-14 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Always reachable
Stuck in a dispute? Write to hello@vplifeapp.com with subject "Refund." We respond within 48 hours, business days.
Full Refund Policy
Monthly tier: non-refundable for the active month. You may cancel renewal at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Quarterly tier: pro-rata refundable within the first 14 days of the term, less the value of any AI Concierge usage already consumed (calculated at the published per-request rate). After 14 days, no refund; you may cancel renewal.
Annual tier: same 14-day pro-rata rule as Quarterly. After 14 days, you may cancel renewal but no refund of the remaining term is offered, except in cases covered by your local consumer-protection law.

Bookings made through VP Life are direct contracts between the member and the Pro. Each Pro publishes their own cancellation policy on their listing — typical examples: 24h-notice full refund, 12h-notice 50%, less than 12h non-refundable.
Stage payments (advance / mid / final) are governed by the same Pro's policy applied to each stage individually.
Pro cancellations: if a Pro cancels on you, you receive a full refund automatically and the Pro pays a small reliability fee — visible to other members as a record of cancellation history.
If a Pro fails to deliver, delivers something materially different from what was agreed, or behaves unprofessionally — open a dispute from your booking page within 7 days of the issue.
VP Life's dispute desk reviews evidence from both sides (chat history, photos, GPS check-ins, signed VPD codes) and decides within 5 business days. If the Pro is at fault, we apply a refund — paid first by VP Life, then recovered from the Pro's commission ledger.
If you disagree with the decision, you may escalate to QICDRC arbitration in Doha (see Terms & Conditions clause 9). VP Life will not block this.
Refunds are not granted for: (a) services delivered as agreed but you changed your mind; (b) "buyer's remorse" after the cancellation window in the Pro's published policy; (c) third-party costs you incurred (e.g. parking, taxis to a venue); (d) consumed AI Concierge usage on a cancelled membership beyond the 14-day cooling-off; (e) bookings cancelled because of force-majeure outside our control (severe weather, government closure, infrastructure failure).
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method: card → original card (7-14 business days), digital wallet (PayPal / Apple Pay / Google Pay) → same wallet (1-3 business days), bank transfer → original account (5-10 business days).
If the original method has expired or closed, we offer wallet credit on VP Life or a bank transfer to a verified account in your name.
VP Life does not charge any processing fee for refunds. Bank fees on the receiving end are outside our control.
Things people often ask.
Click Register as Customer at the top of this page. The form takes a couple of minutes — name, mobile, language preference, and you're in. Joining is free; Premium tiers are optional and can be activated any time.
The Pro themselves — never us. Each verified supplier sets their own daily or weekly member discount, signs it digitally, and every change is logged and notified to admin and franchise. You always know exactly what's on offer, and it's always the supplier's own commitment.
VPD stands for VP Discount. Every booking generates a unique code in the format VPD-CATEGORY-XXXXXX. You show it to the Pro, they apply your member price, and your wallet automatically logs the spend and the savings — month by month.
No. The platform is free to register and free to browse. Member discounts apply with a Premium tier — Monthly, Quarterly, or Annual — and Premium pricing is set per region by the local franchise with our admin approval, so amounts vary by country.
For Premium membership, we accept a range of secure payment methods — international debit and credit cards, digital wallets (including PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay), and supported regional bank transfers. Available methods are listed at checkout based on your country. Payment for the actual services delivered by Pros is handled directly between you and the Pro.
Forty-four languages, fully translated, grouped by region in the language picker. Right-to-left scripts (Arabic, Urdu, Persian, Pashto) render natively. We update translations regularly; if a phrase doesn't read well in your language, write to us at hello@vplifeapp.com.
Click Register as Pro. We verify your trade licence, KYC, business location, and references. Once approved, you receive your supplier portal where you set your member discount, manage orders, generate VPD codes, and chat with members.
Franchise partners take VP Life into a country (most countries are open — our home territory is reserved). You set local pricing, currency, and tier fees with our admin approval, and we share quarterly revenue. Submit an enquiry and our partnerships team will arrange a confidential conversation.
Concierge requests are processed in your session and used only to match you with verified Pros. Your identity isn't shared with suppliers until you choose to book. Full data ownership remains with you, governed by Qatar law and our published privacy policy.
